Today was my first time ordering from Kraus and my last time. It smelled good and looked good but it taste weird. Like grease lard and old ingredients. If I could I would get a refund and send it back. These 5 stars ratings are truly misleading. I will never order from here again.

I just ordered from this Kraus because for some reason both locations in massillon were closed. Ordered through grubhub and received this soggy chicken! Haven’t taken a bite yet even though it looks like i have. All grease and sog! This is my 1st & last time at this location. You should’ve cooked the chicken longer. Unacceptable

we love kraus’s & we order from them multiple times a week HOWEVER, it seems when the owners are there (fridays and saturdays) nothing can be run smoothly. we ordered a pizza and were told 40 minutes so wu show up at the 40 minute mark and OUR PIZZA WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER NOT EVEN COOKED YET. the owner is running around barking at all his employees because he’s losing orders and doesn’t know what he’s doing. my advice, don’t order on a friday or saturday. the owners don’t know what they’re doing and when they’re there it’s complete chaos.
