I only have one complaint about KRAUS’ Pizza and that is getting their coupons are not consistent in showing up in my mailbox or the coupon circular. It would save me a lot of money if they were. Other than that, their food is A+! Instead of waiting until the last minute to order my food on Superbowl Sunday, I went there for the last two years around 1:30pm and made my order with what coupons I had left. They currently have no wings coupons so that was disappointing. But I ordered two pizzas, two dozen wings with honey mustard, six pieces of chicken and jojos. I picked it all up at 4:30pm and we are minutes later! Don’t have to worry about picking it up before gametime or halftime! Boy, is their food A+!!! I highly recommend their food and ordering ahead of an event like the Superbowl.

The last few times we have ordered the employees were rude and high. Tonight at 8:25pm I called to order and was told they were closed!!! Sir, your website says you close at 10pm. Their response, “well I say we close at 9”. So, ok, 8:25pm is not 9pm and plenty enough time to make a pie. Sorry to say, but I’ve never had service this poor in the thirty years I’ve been ordering from them. Pathetic and unacceptable.

Tried the topper per recommendations. It’s not bad. About what you’d expect. Reallllly bready. The sauce and topping get kind of lost in the crust. I feel like there was a missed opportunity here for some garlic butter or parm or something on this extra crust to give it a little more flavor. It’s a very filling pizza though.

The service when you call to place an order is absolutely disgusting at this place. We ordered a few months back & when the guy answered the phone he was so rude & rushed me off the phone. When we went to pick it up, the manager was there & we told him about the experience & he said that he would talk to the employee & it wouldn’t happen again. So we decided to give it another try tonight.. no different. The guy should not be working in the customer service industry with an attitude like that. It’s sad because the food is good but when you get treated like that it makes you not want to give business there anymore.

I’ve ordered from the Middlebranch location a couple times in the last few months & I’ve never had an issue. I called to place an order, the male who answered seemed extremely agitated. The phone somehow “disconnected” before I completed my order so I called back. The same man answered & was just as rude and (seemingly)irritated as he was before, which I expressed to him. Of course…he hung up.
