Worst customer service. There’s and older and younger lady that are straight rude every single time I go in there. Just went in today and it was 7:30 they close at 8. Mind you I was calling for a half hour since their phone was busy i drove over there. Younger lady came up to the window very nasty said were closed sorry. Well put on your website you close at 730. Didn’t even say a word said we’re closed and walked away. I wouldn’t spend a dime there. Worst customer service.

Any person who doesn’t understand that a local pizza shop can only fulfill so many orders at a time is not worth having as a customer. I’m sure the place will just shut down if she buys her pizza somewhere else.

Usually I’m not up this way besides for going to Wayne county speedway around the corner but took a drive out and stopped and well worth it. Good food owner was very customer oriented as far as I’m concerned best Kraus in the area. Will surly make the trip from canton to eat here again.

Grandma Kraus would be disappointed in seeing her pizza go to shame. That thing you called Pizza is a Grease Pit. Raw dough. Cheese is rubbery. Sauce has a metal taste. Not good. Definitely won’t be back.
