I’m giving this place 4 stars because this was the best hamburger I’ve ever had. Something about it was just different and really flavorful. But I’m from Ohio so maybe there’s not good places near me. The fries were good too. We originally wanted pizza but was told they were sold out. So we ordered the smash burger combos and it was kind of expensive. Almost 40 bucks for just two people. The restaurant was clean but the way it’s set up was confusing. And the staff was friendly but shy. I could barely hear the cashier and they didn’t explain how anything worked. I thought it was like a sit down restaurant with servers, but it’s more like a Mcdonalds.. you just order and pay for your food at the register and then they bring it out to you. Otherwise it’s a good place!

Their beef burgers are the best halal burgers in Erie. The pizza was also very good. Definitely plan on returning in the future.

Terrible customer service. Placed a huge order online for delivery and didn’t receive the correct items. A whole item was missing and I was sent fried chicken instead of roasted chicken. I was also sent mayonnaise instead of garlic sauce. I’m a chill person so I accepted it and didn’t complain. I decided to place another order a few days later to buy my missing items because I wanted to try the roasted chicken and garlic sauce. I ordered the half roasted chicken meal, which according to the menu come with fries, cole slaw, pickles, and pita bread. I also ordered the macaroni salad that they failed to include the first time. I received: a whole roasted chicken, a bunch of french fries. No pita, no cole slaw, pickles. Also I received some pasta salad that clearly wasn’t macaroni salad according to their menu. This wasn’t the worst part. My chill only extends so far. I called them to tell them of their error and they just tried to argue me down about the macaroni salad and the lack of other items included. After going back and forth, the employee said “the next time I order”. Lol. There will be no next time. Too much money wasted and can’t even get the order right. Twice. Rude customer service to top it off. The first order didn’t even include any dippers for the hummus and baba ganoush that I ordered. We will not patronize this restaurant again due to the bad customer service and attitude from people to who clearly just don’t care and send you what THEY want to send you. The delivery persons from Uber Eats, whoever they were, were great.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars!! All of the food was absolutely delicious, the atmosphere was great, and the staff were all very friendly and accommodating! The portions were huge and I was shocked at how cheap the prices were for the large amount of food! The sweet chili chicken wings were by far the best wings that we have ever eaten and I was completely shocked at how big and delicious the chicken sandwich was! We will definitely be visiting this restaurant again the next time we are in Erie! Thank you so much for such a great experience!!!

Food was okay at best. They didn’t have what I ordered didn’t tell me until after I paid and didn’t change what they charged me when I got a cheaper item instead of what I wanted. The lady didn’t seem like she wanted to help me. I asked what was in their signature sauce and she said she didn’t know.
