The customer service I received today was horrible. I go here a lot I always get my gizzards my shrimp and sometimes okra or tenders. The hospitality was very horrible,customer service by the young lady was very horrible. She didn’t greet any of the four people that walked in after me including myself. There was no welcomed feeling. She just stood there on her phone at the register, her name was kira or Kia. While waiting for my food she just stood around on her phone getting paid to stand around and just scroll on her phone even at register. she didn’t try to keep herself busy while being paid by this establishment. the door glass was dirty fingerprints all over it there was trash on the floor tables could have been wiped down she didn’t manage her time for this establishment to be paying her…. Pure laziness

This is the only place that I go for gizzards. The food is always cooked on the spot and well worth the wait. The staff is friendly and always cheerful. My favorite place to go, plus their chicken is cheaper than Kentucky Fried and Popeyes

Found this place while I was out running errands. I’ve seen the brand in South Florida so I was happy to check them out. The food was hot and fresh and the service was quick considering that my food was made got order. I enjoyed it for sure. Definitely check them out!

I stopped by to pick up some fried chicken because who deep fries at home anymore. The gentleman at the drive thru window was extremely nice and helpful. When I got home my chicken was still piping hot and delicious. I would definitely eat here again. Much better than Popeyes!!!!!

First time at this establishment. We had the tenders and chicken sandwich combo. Had to throw it all away minus tenders and our drinks. It was awful…we won’t be back. Waste of money and I didn’t even get my biscuit! Should have went to subway next door.

I keep hearing how this chicken is worth trying, so I went in for my first time to get dinner (around 6pm) for my family (which is a treat for us because we dont eat out much) and my first impression was the place looked empty and very run down. So I walked in and a woman was on the phone at the counter cussing and yelling about an order that was wrong, turns out she is the employee doing this to a customer! Then some guy (maybe the manager?) comes out of the back and says “no more chicken” “more chicken in 30 minutes ” and then storms off. Service doesnt exist here apparently, so I walked out and got Papa John’s. No issues after that.
