Me and my bff love Chester’s chicken. The excitement that flows through our bodies every time we enter that ps mart is unbeatable, we run up to the window containing the goods like kids at the candy store lol. My favorite part is the skin, I nibble it off like a hungry little mouse and my bff eats the meat. I have a major complaint- the large young man, with the beard, doesn’t seem to share our utter joy for Chester’s chicken. In fact he’s very rude, never smiles and is just downright unhelpful- he acts like every question is a burden. He has denied us extra delectable gravy for no reason even! I’m guessing he’s the manager because he’s always there, we call him Chesticle Chester because he sucks the joy out of every experience we have there. We have even been scared to go in at some points due to his behavior. Please fix this young man’s attitude so Chester’s Chicken can go back to the safe haven we know and love.

Rather unfortunately you cannot count on this place to have any consistency. Sometimes the food is hot and fresh. Other times its obviously not quality controlled. I specifically asked for fresh food, even called ahead. Employees stated to me it was freshly made. Got home and naturally the chicken is stale, cold and rubbery. Employees then argued with me telling me I was wrong? I want to like the place, when the food is good its really good. But the staff are consistently rude or non-caring about the quality of the food they are serving and there is obviously no accountability with them when the quality drops. I really hope someone reads this and fixes the problems as it could be an excellent restaurant.

Always love there food for fried chicken in the area. Employees are iffy at times. One time two ladies(employees) were arguing so much so, a manager had to get involved. I have had some nice employees there too. I know right now employees are hard to come by.

First time we ordered was 4th of July weekend. We thought the chicken was delicious. However we came into the store on a Thursday evening at 7:30 and it appears the place was closed.. no sign regarding hours.. website says open till 8:00. We were disappointed to say the least!

This could be a decent place to get some fried chicken, but the workers are usually slow and the racks are almost always empty. The food, when fresh, is delicious. It’s located inside Market House, and it should be booming, but it takes about 20 minutes to get in and it on a good day.
