Forgot half our meal. We live 20 min away. Got home and realized half the food was missing. They don’t have a phone to call to advise them we are missing our food. Can’t drive all the way back to get them to fix it. THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT THEM. This is not ok. Worst experience ever. Will not go back.

This place is awful!!! Love their food, but they don’t care about their customers!! They close at 6pm. I have showed up at 530 and they tell me that all the machines are already turned off!!! I’ve shown up at 1802 and everyone is gone and you can tell they’ve been closed for awhile! I love their cracklins but it’s just a joke trying to get food there for dinner!

First time there and not the best experience. I was there at 4 pm and asked for a 4 piece white meat. He didn’t have enough and never offered to cook more. Had to settle for mixed. Way overcooked. Red beans and rice was very good.

Best chicken in town. Went to order today. On the electronic board above the chicken said $ 14.99 family pack. After we ordered we were told the price was double. They hadn’t changed the price on the board, so we got a smaller pack, and there printer was out so no receipt. I think they should have honored the original price, cause it was there mistake not ours.

I have eaten this chicken several times since they opened in Payson and it is pretty good. This time I called ahead to have it ready explaining to the girl that I just had surgery a couple of days ago and my physical therapist would come pick it up for me. I was told they wouldn’t take my order over the phone and the only way to order online is with delivery. I couldn’t ask my PT to hang around there while my order was prepared (20-30 minutes) and would she please take my order AND my credit card number in case that was their concern. I was still refused service and will never be back. Thanks for going a little out of your way for a regular local customer!!

Chicken was way overcooked/burnt, dry as a bone and was told I had to call the manager on his cell phone to get it resolved, which I did. Mgr told me to tell the employee what to do. Won’t go back. Loved this place since their opening, has gone downhill quickly. Sad.

So frustrated I ordered the mixed chicken. She said the chicken breast will be up soon. Then he says no chicken breast. I asked to replace the chicken breast with a chicken tender. He went on about I’m not supposed to do this. Not my fault they don’t know what is being cooked then I get hm and he didn’t give me my biscuit for my meal.

Went in cause I love their chicken but when I asked if I can purchase a extra side of gravy I was told no then I got charged for the gravy anyways and didn’t get it….why if I’m paying for the side would that be an issue? Then to top it off I didn’t get the side I paid for. Dissatisfied and disappointed….ill go elsewhere with my money now!
