I feel like a lot of these reviews are old! I recently went and my experience was good. The chicken was season well and fresh. They were out of Boudin balls, so that was a bummer but I had no problem with customer service at all. Give this place a try, it’s way better than Popeyes and churches.

Went here for the first time. The food was great. However the owner needs to teach the staff manners. There was an arguement with a customer and the cook…. And the cook was very disrespectful. Not only did she use profanity in front of children but she refused to help her staff with other orders. Causing me and my family to wait 40 minutes for a 8 piece meal. We will just go up to Churches next time.

Customer service is horrible here. The manager is an older lady that always has a bad attitude every time I’ve dealt with her. It seems like she’s always in a bad mood for no reason. It’s amazing that she still even has a job by the way she acts.

Not sure why this one is still in business because they don’t want to make anything and the customer service is really bad. As much as I hate to leave a negative review but for us to arrive around 3pm and unable to make fresh food didn’t make sense to me. They barely wanted to assist anyone with their order. I kept my composure and order wings and biscuit because we drove from apple valley and we didn’t want to waste gas. I truly enjoyed my chicken strips, potato wedges and honey butter biscuit for $5.00. That was a great deal. The young lady was very helpful as well considering she was multitasking. It was filled to capacity with plenty of chicken, potato wedges and biscuits too. Very good for the price. Highly recommend trying it if you havent already.

Out of all the Krispy Krunchy Chicken places I’ve been to this one is the worst. Their food was dry and they didn’t have everything. I’ll just stick to the one on Hesperia Rd. There the food was fresh even in the evening and then service is awesome!
