The new owners don’t seem to care about much of anything. Dried out Mac and cheese that was obviously in no way made fresh, just microwaved to death. Boneless wings that are just barely refried and slathered in sauce leaving no satisfying crunch with a lukewarm/mushy mouth-feel. All in almost half an hour for something that is supposed to be fast food. It is always empty inside and there is a reason, as the employees are very disinterested in providing any interaction.

terrible customer service. Half my order was missing. Mashed potatoes and gravy were awfully salty. macaroni was so watered down it dripped through the fork. Biscuit was doughy. Chicken was okay. Very clean on the inside though. Wouldn’t eat here if I were expecting a decent meal and good service.

I finally found a fast food chicken joint that fries up AMAZING chicken. So tasty, so juicy, so krunchy, and so affordable. I order the 8-piece cajun tenders. Excellent service, extremely friendly! We tried them for the first time today. (My Son has been wanting to try them) I’m thinking it was the owners working…. Cooked the chicken fresh for us, and oh my goodness… My families new favorite go to chicken spot! Its juicy. It’s hot. Its flavorful. Not to mention the price is fantastic. Mark my words, I’m no man for fast food, and if I could give this joint a 3.5, I would. However, this place did catch me off guard. Went inside and viewed the surprisingly nice (and clean) interior and surprisingly friendly cashier. Waited 30 mins for food, unusual for “fast” food. Food smelled good, but the macaroni and cheese was awful. The biscuits were good, better without the honey butter, but the chicken was actually really impressive. The only thing stopping this place from taking a 3 star was that they kept their promise, their chicken was crispy, crunchy, and quite good.

I walked in and the employee walked straight into the back room as if avoiding me. The whole “restaurant” was Smokey and smelled like something had been rotting and burnt. The chicken shelve was empty. I turned around and took my business to the Safeway two doors down and got my chicken.

Horrible experience. Out of macaroni, mashed potatos cold with no gravy, biscuit hard as a rock, gave us normal chicken instead of spicy Cajun chicken, and sandwich with more mayo and pickles than chicken with a hard bun. Cashier was also touching all food with her bare hands
