Scouting for Pizza Hunters App, came in fir a Grandma Slice. Overall the slice I had was a 3.5. I am sure it would have been better if I ordered an entire Pizza. Sauce was very good, crisp was there, could have used a little more. Service was ok. Just a middle of the road experience here. I would go back.

I have ordered from Crispy Pizza many many times and the food is always very enjoyable. My last order on March 30 was borderline and disappointing, I ordered entrees that I usually get, made me wonder if there was a new chef. I will give them one more try and hope for the best.

Food is top tier, calzone is my go to. We usually order for delivery when at work, and the last time I actually dined the servers were awesome. Today I called for pick up (this is the first time) since I was in the are and the person who answered was incredibly rude. I had asked nicely if I can place an order for pick up, she asked what do I want and after I said my order, she said “okay thank you good night” ooh I was provoked. Food quality is superb ngl, but you guys need to retrain your staff on proper customer service especially when taking orders over the phone. Good manners is important. I hope there will be improvement.

Today was my niece birthday party and we ordered 7 pizza pies. When we received the pizza the pie looked like it was flipped or dropped, we couldn’t serve it to our guest. It was terrible. We contacted the store and they were very unprofessional and not helpful. They said they can’t help us and they don’t believe in pictures. Never ordering from them again!

We ordered for my birthday tonight because the grandma pie is my favorite. ENTIRE BOTTOM WAS BLACK FROM BEING BURNT!!!!!! Extremely disappointing and worst birthday meal ever. Don’t think I’ll be ordering again after they let me down on such an important day.
