Ordered a grilled cheese with pickled onions and some curly fries. 11$. It was close to closing but if it’s half the effort at least take it out of the price. I’ll microwave it but the pickled onions were still forgotten. I’d say stick to their ice cream options.

Ordered waffle cone and brownie sundae. After 30 minutes my wife went to the counter. Still not ready. When we received the order the ice cream (Hershey’s) was pumped full of air. Not great. This is a management issue. One guy was taking orders at the register, scooping ice cream and getting the orders out to customers. The guy’s hands were shaking he was so stressed. To be fair, they probably can’t find people to hire. Still, the customer experience is rough.

The quality should be way better for the price. They started out really strong but became super inconsistent. Different products each time – the burger patties changed, chicken tenders changed.. special orders are damn near impossible the staff gets overwhelmed and confused. Every time I’ve gone there has been an issue with our order. Burgers are microwaved and the prices are really high for the quality. A fast food place should not be 70 bucks for three people

Be the best you can be! This is not it. Burger cold, small, & not at all what the menu showed. Fries had to be pre-frozen because other than alittle spice, flavorless. Not worth the cost. Sorry. First & last time.
