The staff was very rude raising their voice to me instead of just giving me the order they agreed to make in the first place. About 99% of the time the staff are very rude when I come in to enjoy their food. Today could have been just a simple fix but the lady just decided to yell as well as going back on her word. If I could give this customer service a negative 10 I would say it was that bad.

When they first open up and the owners where cooking and running the restaurant the food was always fresh and great. Now younger people working at front and in the back and you can’t ask for fresh chicken. I’m thinking the young girl that took over my order and did her best to talk me out of waiting 20 minutes for fresh chicken. She said well if you want the catfish to be fresh which only takes couple minutes to fix then it wouldn’t be fresh. Order 10 pieces of chicken tenders and ask about will it be fresh and she said made to order. Ok so agree about chicken not waiting for fresh only was couple pieces so said go ahead. I went to set down and the 2 lady’s started to laugh and one said you need to know what to say. By the time I got home chicken tenders where just warm with the chicken and the catfish was the only thing made fresh. This wouldn’t happen it the older couple that owns the business where there cooking!!! Never will go back !!! Can’t get your order made fresh even if your willing to wait for it

Best chicken fried steak hands down and wonderful customer service‼️‼️‼️‼️ they close at 8. I walked in the door a few minutes past 8, they had already started cleaning the kitchen up for the night, but STILL went ahead and made me food I eat out quite a bit (not because I’m always lazy , but because with the cost of groceries most times it’s more affordable to eat out than to make lunch or dinner) and I cannot remember a single other time that any place has went ahead and made anything let alone offer to make food after they’re closed, even after I said it was ok it has become such a norm of walking into a place 5-10-even 15 minutes before closing to hear sorry were closing, that poor customer service, or just lack of customer service is normalized and expected….. Krispys has definitely reminded me of what GREAT customer service is… Which is why I’m writing this novel lol. AAAAAAND their food is str8 ‼️ TRUST ME
