This is a busy store, so it’s important to remember the employees appear to try their best to keep up with customers. The deli department seems to be relying heavily on their pre-sliced meats & cheeses. The choice was either wait a long time or take what they had already sliced. This gives the impression that they don’t have the staff to be able to handle customer needs. Otherwise, the store was clean and easy to navigate. Employees are friendly & helpful.

This Kroger deli has no number system, so sometimes they have more than one worker, but most times only one. IF everyone is nice and takes their turn your ok, BUT there’s ALWAYS those who don’t play nice. If they had a number system it would make the process less harrowing.
