The lady who assisted us was very nice and patient dispite being obviously very tired. She was the only one behind the counter and had no one else to help her for at least 15 minutes as we waited for her to finish with the person in front of us and then complete our order of lunch meat. Which consisted of 5 lbs of sliced deli meats and cheeses.

I placed a cake order with them several days in advance and got a confirmation email. When I came to pick up the cake they said they never received my order. It wasn’t a big deal because they offered to write on a new cake for me, but it’s obvious their online ordering system is unreliable.
