Very underrated place. This is probably one of the best Krystals in the nation when it comes to food and service. The building itself needs some modernization but they really know how to do their food and they’re all very nice and friendly. Even though I order my food different than the menu, they have no problem preparing it exactly like I want.

We decided to try the spicy chics thinking it was gonna be a quick and cheap lunch, but it was very expensive. It was over $3 per chic so it was $10 just for 3. Also, they put the tiniest sliver of Mayo on those chics, as well. If I wanted to pay that much, I could’ve gone to Mack’s and at least got higher quality. I’m definitely not going back ever again.

Very disappointed in the customer service and in the food… we paid for up charge on our drink and fries and only got it on our drinks… and then get charge for using our bank card… never once told us about that charge before paying… we was just passing through and waited along time to take our order and get our food… food prices are high enough but to charge extra for using a bank card is ridiculous especially when not told about it… never had any other krystals do that… won’t stop there ever again if I am driving that way…
