Disgusting. We just left this place. When did Krystal start salting the burgers? We ordered a family meal with 14 in the box. We were visiting Ga today from SC and my husband and I was bragging about growing up on Krystal burgers. There’s 6 of us in this van right now completely disgusted at how gross these are. and out of all the burgers every one of us only ate one . I hate wasting food but these will be going in the trash. I’m not being dramatic when I say they were very salty. The fries were fresh and the customer service was fine. I don’t know if the salt was already added or if this is new but I really hope they go back to

There was a roach in my food. I love Krystal’s and I order it all the time, but I don’t know if I ever will again. I opened my bag and found a live roach sitting on top of my food. Something is different for sure from when I ate there as a kid. The burgers were a light gray color, didn’t look like beef, the buns were soggy. The counter man was nice, just Krystals isn’t the one 30 years ago I enjoyed. Probably my last in this life time of going to one.

This brand goes way back to my childhood. On this particular night I was very hungry for the taste of a Krystal hamburger. I am always disappointed when I go to any location and workers display a disgust and impatience with customers and a show of total disdain for being at work. My meal was delicious but I had to get away from there as quickly as possible so I can enjoy my meal.

It’s was absolutely HORRIBLE. My wife commented about we should probably not eat here. I blew it off as we don’t have a Krystal near us in Florida. Service was very bad, not a customer service bone in the woman at the counter as she was yelling at the two other crew members to do this or that. And looking around at the disarray of the lobby and counter area. It was filthy. Missing tiles along the counter, chairs were so dirty we opted to eat in the truck. Just everywhere we looked was filth. I actually kept the receipt as I had planned on calling in to report the cleanliness as I don’t want anyone else to get as sick as myself or my wife did. It was bad… I mean it’s Krystals and not a steakhouse but it was gross and I regret not listening to my wife and finding another Krysal down the road. Stay Clear of this location. I should have taken photos but I did not. Please just trust me.
