Showing up to work on time is key for proper business management. Having to wait in the drive thru with other cars behind me like this is not good for business. I visited Krystals last week for a quick snack. I ordered 4 cheese krystals. When I arrived at the window, the employee said $8.08. For 4 Krystals?!?!?!?!? This is beyond me. Now I understand things have gone up but this ridiculous!!!! I went to Publix and got a frozen box of 6 White Castles with cheese for $5.10 with a $1.25 coupon. With the prices Krystals is currently charging I will not be going back. My brain will not let me pay that much for some little sliders. I’m not!

This store is terrible. Everytime I order from here I never receive my entire order. Used door dash to order dinner for my family. They sent the drinks and fries but no burgers. The dumbest thing ever. Not the first time this had happen. Then they argue with me that they sent the entire order. Contacted door dash about it they reordered my food then Krystal cancelled my order. I will never comeback to this place again. Highly recommend that no one uses this place. If it was possible to give a negative I would. Got everything accept what I really wanted. No 24 Krystal stemmer pack

We went twice over a 2 week period. Both times we were told the system was down. The 3rd time I drove up to order at the drive thru and there was a signed taped up that they couldn’t take orders at that time. So we went back today and were told they were out of half the items we tried to order. We ordered what they had and then AFTER we paid we asked for a receipt and we were told the receipt machine is broken.

Came through at 9:00 PM at night and the staff was nice and even made sure our order was correct and fresh. Probably the best experience from Krystal’s in a long time. Thank you for the fresh Krystal’s and we will be back to this location. FYI: we had a big order and they were great.
