Stopped in at 10:30 on a Saturday morning and was promptly advised they did not have any Krystal burgers during breakfast. They were cool to order during breakfast. Would be 15 minutes. The fellow did look up from his cellphone long enough to tell me this.

I got the 12 sackful combo. I didn’t put them all in the picture, but they made fresh and service was pretty good. She put lots of napkins and ketchup. Even salt and pepper. I didn’t even ask for those. That was nice though!

There were three employees standing in the drive through area socializing and one employee doing all the work. He prepared the food and brought it to our table. The dining room was not clean, my wife commented to one of the socializing employees that there were no clean tables. He ignored her and walked around the corner where we couldn’t see him. We were the only customers there inside or drive through. Will not go back. The only reason I gave two stars for service was the one employee that was actually working.

One of the absolute worst experiences. Ordered 33$ worth of food. The cheese Krystal’s buns were so soggy, the chiks buns were stale and hard as a rock. Didn’t even get my fries even after I asked the drive thru attendant if they were fresh, still missing. This place has gotten way to expensive for such poor quality. I call to make a complain and the first response was “right.” Making me think he knew the poor quality before hand and gave it to me anyway. If you don’t like your job, quit. Don’t give out such poor quality food because you don’t care about your job.

The food at the Krystal in Oakwood was terrible. They fixed the Krystals all wrong from the way we ordered them. The buns were very hard. They changed the fries and they were hard and tough and tasted terrible. The other fries they had were must better. When my husband carried the food back one of the women working there was very rude. She threw an attitude with my husband. She argued with him and grabbed the bag from him. It was an awful experience at this Krystal tonight. We have been frequent customers at this Krystal for a long time but we probably won’t he going back. We don’t have money to throw away on this awful food from people that aren’t even nice. We will go to restaurants that have good customer service and good food.

service was okay. but they are stealing from you! I was told that my total would be $9.63. I declined a receipt and when I got home I noticed that my card had been charged for $10 even. I did not agree to round up nor was I even asked. Will not be going back. EDIT: I went back to try again on 06/09 and was charged a noncash adjustment again but for $0.98 this time. Again, I wasn’t asked to round up or donate ANYTHING. Employees are stealing money and no one is doing anything. I reached out via the link that was provided. We will see what they have to say.

I love Krystal and eat there fairly regularly. But, I’m taking a break until they decide to start giving you what you pay for. I ordered a medium order of fries and my photo would imply they gave me a small order that was only half full. I already pay the increased prices (not their fault), but don’t add shrinkflation to the mix and cut the portion as well. The next time I visited I ordered a large fry. It was nearly $3 and they still only filled the box half way. I’ve encountered a couple of really nice staff there, but I have also experienced some rude staff that would imply that you are inconveniencing them and I wouldn’t dare tell them to fill up my fries. It just easier and less trouble to spend my money somewhere else.
