Best Krystal I’ve ever been to. My son and I had Krystal Cheeses and Krystal Bacon and Cheeses along with fries, drinks, and an Oreo sundae. Personable and professional staff. Restaurant had earned it’s 100% Grade A rating. Spotless inside. Prices were reasonable and the food was better than I remembered.

Always our 1st stop when we hit GA, wish we could get a Krystal’s in NC especially in the Raleigh area where we live… Love the little burgers, Chicks and fries are so crispy and delicious. Lots of dirty tables and food on the floor at this location but probably like everywhere else short staffed….. We enjoyed our little snack and back on the road now.

Sooooo…. I spent 35 minutes at Krystal on Wrightsboro Rd. on Friday afternoon. Asked for 10 Krystals plain “just the meat and the bread” I said. I get the receipt and see they added cheese. Immediately I say no cheese “just the meat and bread”. They make me park and then proceed to bring me 10 k’s WITH CHEESE. I say no ma’am they were supposed to be plain and these have cheese. They then bring me another set with PICKLES AND MUSTARD. I then turn off the car go inside and tell the manager hey this is not correct. I repeat the order and emphasize “just the meat and bread”. She repeats it, scolds the cook and says SHE will make them. She then makes and presents me with 10 k’s WITH CHEESE!!!! I think I may have blacked out for a few seconds at this point. I say to her JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY!!!! They weren’t even busy.

Pulled up 11pm and the manager said he only has Krystal’s with cheese pre-prepped and he closes in 30 minutes. For one I left because they’re serving old food or not fresh as he clearly stated and this was just unprofessional.

Picked up lunch for my coworker. Told them what I wanted. Plain Krystal’s with NO CHEESE. They confirmed. Get the bag, all four sandwiches had cheese. Two were cold and two were warm. The two that were cold looked tampered with. As if someone had ripped of the bun on the bottom. Absolutely ridiculous.
