Every time I eat at this location I’m left disappointed and still hungry. If I pay $14 for a meal I expect sweet tea that’s not soured, French fries that are not the crumbs that was left over from lunch, and if I ask for some extra ketchup… I want more than 3 packs. I’ll never eat here again especially when cookout is right across the street. DO BETTER KRYSTAL… instead of responding to me to give me an explanation, please take that time and reach out to this location. Then let me know the problem has been resolved..

Been here several times…. Everything I have gotten here, I think was microwave d…. Warm on the outside, cold on the inside…. Like it was refrigeratorated, then heated back up….. Unfortunately, all trips here I had the same experience… It’s not like the Krystal used to be… I, myself won’t be back….

Waited in drive through for 20 mins. All I ordered was 12 Krystal’s and a corn pup. I pay then get told to pull into a spot. Ended up having to sit there 23 minutes! Ridiculous!

Went at 10:30 & wanted 12 Krystals, they said they only have 6 Krystals & can’t cook any bc they have to cook 48 at a time & might have to throw the other ones away if no one buy them. Ask them what time they close & they said 11:30 , they are suppose to close at 12.

I really love Krystal’s but it’s always a hit or miss on the service and food. Went to Krystal’s at 11 on Friday night and order a 10 piece and a 24 Krystals. Lady said it was going to be a 30-45 minute wait, in which I said I was fine with and would be happy to wait. She then huffed and sighed and started being rude because I would wait. I really don’t understand the service here but I wish it could get better.

Krystal’s has always been a go-to place for something quick simple and the hot little squares just take you back to all kinds of memories. I remember as a kid going out to eat was a treat and Krystal’s was somewhere we went and I’ll never forget those days with my family. Our location happens to be a drive-thru only primary location but the one I grew up with had the picnic tables out front and we just loved going there after a water park or swimming in the river. I regret that I don’t know his name but our location has a manager that works the window on a normal basis and I think he is just excellent!
