They serve the all you can eat lunch Krystal’s reheated in microwave and serve them to the patrons at dinner time. I can not totally put in to words how nasty they look , the bread is hard and the meat literally looks like someone pick a big scab off there body and put it on a dried up bun. I have called the manager in the past about this and still they continue to sell this stuff. The owner really needs to get a handle on this before they kill someone with food poisoning at this location. Planning to report to the health and food inspectors this time. Please see picture

I usually don’t leave reviews but I had to this evening. I ordered 12 cheese Krystals and ended up eating 3 before I got home! They were fresh and well made. I called to the store and asked to speak to the manager to offer my complements. I spoke with Ms. Dorothy who was very pleasant to speak to. This visit made my evening because I’ve had bad experiences with other restaurants lately. Thank you Ms. Dorothy!

I consider myself pretty patient when it comes to restaurants, whether it’s a sit down or fast food establishment. I arrived, one car in the parking lot, none in the drive thru. I pull up, someone greets me at the drive thru, I placed my order. I waited at the window… After about five minutes, someone greeted me, explained that they are short staffed and the other employee was making my fries and would be with me as soon as they are done. Okay, I’m in a bit of a hurry but I figured that surely they were almost done. Five more minutes, nothing. After 15 minutes total, I left. I was in a rush and just didn’t have any more time to wait. Never got my food. Still no customers in the parking lot. I’d understand if they were busy and understaffed, but they clearly weren’t so I don’t know what the problem was. I’m definitely not going back.

We ordered and paid for our meal in advance. Once we got there the dining area was closed, but there was a sign. It said delivery and orders ring the bell. We did and got no results. So, we got in line. When we got to the order speaker the lady immediately said it will be a 20-25 minute wait. We explained we ordered and paid already she said pull up. I thought that meant go around the line. So, to be clear I asked do we pull around or stay in line. She said stay in line. But, we ordered in advance to avoid this. She replied your food is ready, but, I don’t know what to tell you!
