I just left Krystal it was 9:03 when I order, I got the number 5 with 5 Krystal chili cheese fries and a drink and four Krystal chick . The Krystal was cold I started eating them driving home was hungry cheese was not even melted ,my chili cheese fries was old with a corner of chili and cheese on it.I paid 25.75 for this for food not even done right what a waste. This the second time I try Krystal and they fail again. Thing about looks can be deceiving food may look good but it don’t taste good when it’s cold and old.

The food was hot and fresh. Workers were very nice and fast. It was drive thru only, so the atmosphere is hard to rate, but a 3 because we did try to go in. We had a large order because we were on a road trip. I have noticed the Krystal stores are starting to cheat a bit on a steamer pack, and the Krystal burgers at the bottom half of bag are missing pickles and mustard the last couple of times I’ve been. Not just this location. That’s disappointing. You really need the vinegar from those on the burgers. I hope they will start doing them all the way they are supposed to be instead of halfway. We would’ve waited longer for a correct order.

Self Therapy
This Krystal is horrible, I wouldn’t take my dog here. They give you want they want you to hv, they gv me hard dried up tater tots, that I didn’t ask for because there to sorry to cook you fresh food. I was there at 11pm, when I got home I had tater tots from breakfast more than likely. I was the only car there and the sorry workers couldn’t cook one order. This was 6/27/23. I WILL NOT BE GOUNG BACK. I would give them zero stars if I could.

This hS to be the worst location in Macon. The signs always say open, but when we drive thru, they are closed. The staff is friendly and clean, but the hours are confusing. **ALSO, they always ask you to pull up so they can bring it to you. That gets a little annoying, but I don’t mind a small wait

All the employees had nasty attitude. Had to wait for the food and it was still cold. I asked for 2 junkyard fries and didn’t even have jalapenos on it. I think the big issue with me is their attitudes. They really need to work on their customer service! Stop being so nasty acting.

Worst Krystals I’ve ever ate at in my life! Ordered six cheese crystals and to Crystal chicks with cheese was charged $18 got home to only have five burgers one of the chicken sandwiches with spicy one was not and they were both ice cold as were the burgers.
