Waste of time! I wanted to go because we don’t have this restaurant where I’m from. The cheese fries were old, I had to repeat my order 3 or 4 times, I wanted some ice cream & the machine was down…I didn’t hold that against them too much because it was about 1:30 in the morning. But considering how they’re open 24 hours a day, I’m thinking it should’ve been up. I ordered cheese fries without the chilli and as you can see in the picture, the box was turned up like it had been sitting under a heat lamp or something. The cheese was getting hard like it had been sitting out & the fries were old. I’m not from here so I just dealt with it but when I come back it won’t be a place I go to regardless of how late they stay open! I’ll just go to waffle house, even though I have one at home.

Sat in line for a bit of time, requested fresh food and was told that it would be. It WAS NOT!!!! I gave the fries back because they were old and limp the sandwich looked like it past it’s time 2 hours ago. The icee flavor was not ready so I had to get a soda instead. The drive thru attendant was polite but my order left MUCH to be desired!

Don’t go to Krystal’s Garden City Ga. The staff member who took my order was extremely rude and took my money.. I ordered food with my debit card and the order went through and was charged to my bank account. Well I showed the lady where it was charged and taken from my account. The lady got very rude with me and to say less I didn’t receive my food or my money back.. I have notified corporate office and waiting to see the response.
