Breakfast of grits,eggs, bacon, and toast was freshly cooked, prepared while waiting, with the wait. Customer service was excellent. The drive thru attendant was cheerful and thorough when our order was placed. She took time to make sure the order was correct and the male attendant who brought our order to the car was cheerful when he spoke to us and thanked us for our business. All condiments and napkins needed were included in the bag. I was pleased with the food and service.

Absolute worst experience ever at a fast food place. We sat at 2 locations for 30 mins a piece waiting for service and no one ever came to the speaker. People were inside walking around completely ignoring us. Two cars ahead just left and I’m pretty sure the 6 cars that lined up after us just ended up leaving too. Absolutely the most ridiculous experience I’ve ever had.

I eat breakfast at Krystal pretty often. Their sunrisers are the best, especially with the new approach to making them with real eggs and poultry. The food us good the majority of the time, and sometime the Customer service is too, but in the past week I’ve went on 2 seperate occasions to be told they didn’t have the ingredients to make more than 1 sunriser or 1 bacon breakfast bowl. I know places run out of things, and it’s just part of the servuce industry, but the ingredients needed to cook what I ordered could be bought at any grocery store. The biggest issue I had was that after I placed my order (5 sunrisers and 1 breakfast bowl) it wasn’t until I pulled to the window that I was told they only had 2 sunrisers. So I changed my order to add another breakfast bowl. The attendant ran my card (thankfully it was still turned off ) then informed me they couldn’t make another bowl either. We ended up not getting anything, but in the future if you run out of stuff to make your food with, let it be known up front please!

Never in my life have I seen such lazy people. It’s only like this when the white older guy isn’t working. When he isn’t there it’s amazing how the menu is limited to we have a few Krystal’s left only…Complete laziness on byhalf of those employees and they should be terminated. They are costing you dollars by you paying them and they not wanting to do their job. Totally unacceptable!!!

Ordered dinner it was poorly put together nothing on it but meat and cheese. Cheese wasn’t melted no mustard on it. The fries tasted old and the chili cheese fries had no cheese idk who was working tonight but it was truly horrible

Not recommended for Hot Wings; the bone in wings are Extremely small and the price is not reasonable, over $7.00 with no discounts offered, hamburgers had all-you-can-eat Special so prices for that was reasonable but not the wings; I think they should at least add an extra wing when they are extremely pruny, or inform the customer of the small tips when they place their order so we won’t be soooo disapointed. The wings had more pepper than meat. Second issue; I ordered Tater tots but received french fries; recommend you check your order before leaving the drive thru window; can’t say much else except atleast the fries were freshly cooked so I didn’t return the order. The pictures are zoomed in so don’t be fooled by the size.
