I come to Krystal’s in live oak quite often with my two kids and husband and we are always so happy with the friendly service we receive and we always get our food hot and fast so I cannot believe the comment from Emily saying how terrible it is and how the manager and the young coworker are rude and racist , I myself am a mixed woman and neither have them have ever treated me ,my kids or my husband wrong

I made the horrendous mistake of asking them to add mayonnaise to my double krystals and boy was that a huge mistake. I walked back to my 18 wheeler, opened my bag to find mayonnaise EVERYWHERE. Apparently they decided to “teach me a lesson” about asking for mayonnaise. How disgusting

My name is Emily I actually used to work at this location & the lake city one and every time I come here I have a issue and Rachel is always working she doesn’t give people the right amount of food they pay for she thinks she owns the place because she has been working there so long I like her as a person but she doesn’t need to be handling food I paid 5.02$ for my chili cheese fries and I will drop the picture of what she fixed me she always runs to fix the food first instead of letting the people in the back do it if I go to another Krystal’s my fries would have been fine but not with her someone should really speak with her about this has been going on for years I got breakfast one morning she gave me a bowl that she pre made out the warmer not even hot then I brought it back telling her I used to work here you know I know you pre made these just to get better drive thru times like don’t do that to people she wouldn’t like it if someone did this to her spending her own money it’s just sad

We ordered then watched several people that were behind us order and walk out with their orders. After 22 minutes of waiting I went up and asked about our order. They said if the order has been up there to long it drops off. She said give me your receipt and I will get your order ready. The food was old and cold. Do better be better folks.

I wanted a cheese burger slider, and I first went to the ladies restroom. Once, I got in there, I made a u-turn quick! The restroom was nasty with blood on the floor and the seat of the toliet. I wanted to take pictures. However, it just was too filthy for me. Never will I come to this establishment again. Lobby was nasty as well. I don’t recommend this location, for anyone I know and Love. Maybe another Krystal’s would be better.

Krystal Burgers are renowned for their sliders. I’m not a fan of them or their doubled fried French fries. But my daughter loves them, so we stopped. There are no lines here, such as McDonald’s. And the drive through attendant was thorough and very friendly.

Haven’t had much of a problem until last few months of getting small stuff wrong. This time, asked for ketchup only, but they soaked both sides of the burgers in mayo, so much that I couldn’t eat them without them falling apart…yeah, nasty. So, I’ll just eat my tots. Again, not usually a bad place, but ketchup and mayo sound very different, look very different and definitely taste different. Lol. Wasted money this trip.

My family and I have never been to a krystal burger before, so when we asked for my 8 year olds burgers to be dressed PLAIN , it would have been nice to know onions are always going to be on the burgers. The cook with onion all over the grill. So, after my wife and I finished eating we had to go across the street to Wendy’s for him. I was not impressed with the burger meat either. It was gray and had very little flavor.
