Krystal… We were pleasantly surprised when we drove thru and ordered. Even though the lady in the drive thru didn’t hear us and gave us the wrong food, we ordered again. It was great and hot!! Ordered some chili fries and there was enough chili for every bite!

Online ordered from here a week ago. I noticed before picking up my food that they had double charged my card. I showed the drive-through cashier my bank statement showing the double charge, and she rudely said, “Not our problem.” While smoking. I asked who to contact, and she simply said corporate but wouldn’t give me the number. I immediately emailed corporate, and I have yet to hear back after multiple attempts. Now I have to escalate the situation and get a police report in order to get my money back. Not to mention the fact that when I arrived, I was told to pull up to the window. At the window, a woman in the parking lot began yelling at me to get out of the drive-through and park. There were no customers in front of or behind me. She then walked up to my car smoking and asked for my name. This is when I told her about the double charge, that wasn’t her problem. After a few minutes, she returned with my food with a cigarette still in her hand. Awful customer service and disgusting business practices. Was charged $21.50 twice= $43. For food, I threw away because I didn’t feel safe feeding to my family.

We stopped by as we were traveling and decided to use the Drive-Thru. The service was fast & friendly. After receiving our order, I decided to park and go inside to use the restroom. There was a motorcycle club gathering inside and a lady at the counter that was being really irate. I finished up an returned to the car. My daughter informed me that her order was incorrect. I took it back inside. The lady couldn’t have been any more nice about it. She apologized and corrected the issue without hesitation. I really appreciated that.

The service here was horrible. The lady at the drive thru was so rude. No receipt so I did not catch her name. I ordered chili cheese fries and a spicy chik. The chicken was so dry and hard, I feel it was sitting there for quite sometime not to mention it looked like someone punched the sandwich. I have not had Krystal’s in years and now I remember why I stopped ordering food from places like this. I would never come to this location ever again.

Decent food, app has some nice online offers, but both Google and the app say they’re open 24 hours and they’ve been closing at 10:30p for months. Multiple times I’ve placed an app order and they’re closed when I get there. Also the app isn’t always accurate with what items they have (shakes in my case) and you pay for an item they don’t have, to which their resolution is to call a number that they tell you to go find on Google. I’m not sure if they have to input what they do/don’t have into the system so the app knows, so I’m not entirely sure it’s under their control, but they could have the number ready to give you at the drive thru.

I’m giving Krystal’s 5 stars today based on an employee experience. Let’s face it, unless it’s Chik-Fil-A, finding professional, courteous employees in the fast food industry is on the verge of extinction. I would like to give a shout out to, Angela, at the Newberry Rd. Krystal’s. Her tone was very kind from the beginning over the speaker. I wanted to make a change to my order at the window and she was very accommodating. She didn’t give me attitude, she didn’t act like I was being a burden, she didn’t get frustrated over my questions, she maintained a kind tone and helped me to get the best deal to save money.
