My Lord this place needs a remodel inside and out. Sanitation score was one of the worst I’ve ever seen so I walked out. An 88 indicates an extraordinarily dirty location. Just look at the windows in the photo. Not unless the place is raised will I be back to this location.

What can I say but, WOW! We were in the drive-through with only 1 car in front of us. we only ordered 12 of the sliders and 1 drink, and it took almost 30 min. The guy in front of us only had a small bag. After about 20 min, they asked me to pull up to the door, and they would bring it right out, but after sitting there for almost 10 min. I went inside myself to get it. DO NOT STOP AT THIS ONE!!

The manager started arguing with us to park somewhere even with a person already pulled up in front of us and person behind us had to park too. Then after 20 minutes, go inside and the food was ready just sitting there on the counter. One employee on his phone , didn’t even look up from his phone to acknowledge customers, and another employee doing something while manager cooks.They weren’t in a hurry about delivering the food out to people.

We dined in thinking the food would be a little more fresh. Buns were gray slop. When we asked for them to be redone all we got was attitude. This was definitely my last trip to this Krystal location. If people don’t like their jobs they shouldn’t be there. Especially in costumer service.
