You think to yourself oh yeah I’m going to go buy a crystal and get me a bunch of those crystals like 24 of them yeah. You get up there and you tell him no pickles and no onions well they’re not fresh they’ve been there God knows how long and they don’t taste that good at all. Save your money just bow to the grocery store and buy white castles and save you some time. They’re better and you do them all yourself.

I’ve never tried Krystal before but we decided to stop by the other day. Honestly I was a little surprised. It was definitely better than I expected. I wouldn’t mind going back and trying some other items. Definitely a good stop if you’re looking for some quick and easy fast food.

Saturday August 05, 2023, 7:51pm. We ordered 12 Krystals and 2 fries, there were 2 cars in front of us. The person taking the order (with sarcasm)said it would take 10 minutes to get our order so we paid and were told to wait in the parking lot. During this time there were NO OTHER CUSTOMERS (the doors were locked so it was drive thru only). 23 minutes later we got our food, ( my husband got out of the car and had to walk to the window to get our food) by then there was 1 other car that came to the drive thru. The food was soggy and cold after our 7 minute drive home. If the Krystal would have been busy I would have understood. The person at the window was sitting in a chair and we saw 2 other employees. We will not be back to this Krystal on Madison Blvd Madison, AL. I have read several reviews after I posted which were all negative on this 2nd shift, but it appears there is being nothing being done about it. We have encountered this same drive thru person before and always has an attitude. You apologize for their work ethic but do nothing about it.

They rushed us to order being rude ! We try to speak and she keeps yelling is that all and then cuts us off talking . Chicken was raw ! All the burgers was raw to ! We asked them to fix it and she said we are closed now so I said give me my money back she said no we gave your food ! Then slams the window In my face ! I have never been treated this way in my life ! How are they still open ? Management says they are handling it and cleaning the store up but nothing has changed ! If you don’t like your job go work somewhere else ! All we was trying to do is feed my kids and call it a night , and had to deal with this !

Whoever is working the Krystals on Madison Boulevard 2nd shift on 6/20 needs to be fired. Quite frankly I can deal with them putting an ungodly amount of onions on each of the burgers, I can even deal with them specifically putting onions on the 6/12 I asked them not to put onions on. But when I bite into a cold soggy HALF RAW piece of meat there is a problem. If I get food poisoning we’re having major problems. And it’s not just one it’s all of them. I mean just look at the soggy brown bread. Disgusting.

We really enjoyed our stop here. They were low on staff but the place was clean those working were very polite and the food was really great. We had a pile of Chicken sandwiches, fries, and chili cheese tots. I had no idea their chicken was so satisfying. Definitely will return to this Krystal!
