Yikes, the facility is in dire need of serious cleaning. The restrooms were especially nasty with no toilet paper. Even more surprising was that a small grease fire broke out and the manager was ill equipped to handle it. Staff had no idea of how to shut off the fryers, a very scary moment.

I ordered 3 krystals no cheese, with fries and a drink. My krystals has so much onions on them, the onion mound tripled the size of the burger patty. The fries where thicker than normal and very under cooked. But hey, the soda was delicious. I spent almost $10.00 on a delicious soda. I went through drive thur and was on the road or I would have asked for my money back and returned their food. I wonder why Krystals is putting so much onions on these already little krystals. Sounds like alot of food cost, for the owner. So sad. When I was younger, I really did love Krystals over all the other restaurants. They shouldn’t have changed what was good and working.

Went through the drive-thru just before noon on a weekday. The lady was nice and patient at the speaker, and service was fast. We pulled over in the parking lot to eat and my husband said, “d**m, they’re almost too hot to eat. I replied, “haha, never!”

I came through the drive thru @3:45 am. I was the ONLY ONE there. I pull up to place my order and the guy came over and said,”I’ll be with you in a minute.” So I sat there for more then 15 minutes waiting to place an order and instead of taking care of a customer the guy came outside on his phone! And I got upset and decided to leave.This place doesn’t care about customers. The employees just do whatever they want. They leave you sitting there thinking they will take care of you, knowing people get fed up and leave. That’s money that could be made. Terrible experience and I highly recommend going somewhere else to eat.

They told me it was a 10 min wait on food . I like communication with food service so I could decide if I had time. Thanks for giving me heads up. I bought 12 wings and 12 Krystals with cheese all fresh . My mom enjoyed the spicy wings as we were on our way back to Nashville.
