I went to the location on Zelda road and the young man that was making the Krystal burgers put the raw hamburger meat on the grill and place the buns right on top of it that could cause salmonella poisoning these places are not clean anymore

I haven’t been to a Krystal since 6 months ago. I decided to give this business a chance to redeem themselves. I order a breakfast Scrambler with bacon add a sausage. Have they shrink the products. I also request extra black pepper. I didn’t even received a receipt. This is look at the pictures and judge yourself. Bottom grits cheese and little egg top bacon and sausage.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I was really disappointed. I visited the Krystal’s on Zelda Rd, Montgomery AL., on Thursday night. I went through the drive thru, ordering the 12 Krystal regular sack full. The website stated one price, but I was charged more at the window. I ordered half with onions and half without. Due to health reasons, I cannot eat onions. I waited for 15 minutes before my order was brought out to me. I was told it was going to be a wait, which I was okay with, thinking they were short staffed. As I waited outside, I happened to look inside and saw a female employee coming from the bathroom. She stood inside the bathroom texting and proceeded to empty the trash. She didn’t wash her hands and a very short time later brought my food out to me. I took the food and left not saying anything hoping in that small window of time she washed her hands. By the time I was able to check my food I was to far away to go back. The half that was supposed to be without onions, I could tell they had had onions on them but had been scraped off, leaving some onions on them. Because of that, I was unable to eat them. I didn’t call the restaurant because the employees weren’t very friendly to begin with and I didn’t feel as though they would care or make it right anyway.

I drove here after Prattville Krystal was closed. Thankfully they were open. I ordered a bag of 12 with cheese at the drive-thru. The lady attendant tried to deter my visit stating they had “a hold on the grill” and I could expect a 15 minute wait. I agreed, much to her surprise and dismay. After the long line moved for me to get to the window, and I waited the 17 minutes, my order was wrong, no cheese on my Krystals. After the attitude from the clerk, I drove away.
