The cashier was extremely rude I was in no hurry I was actually 1 or 3 individuals inside this location they were already seated eating and I had a 5-year-old with me who was indecisive about what she wanted to eat The cashier yelled out “just let me know when y’all ready” she turned and walked away during this time I inhaled and exhaled making sure not to engage in this ignorance. Krystal is not like it used to be anyway from the food to the customer service.

To begin with I aas told i couldnt pay extra to make a few burgers of the sackful chickens which we do all the time back home. Miscommunication between me and order taker. Thats not my issue. Being told hatefully that I was wrong and that I ordered wrong. I also seen another lady get the same treatment prior. The cashier seemed like a very hateful woman. Definitely seemed like an inconvenience that we were there buying anything. Bathrooms closed too. I get that things happen. Just would never stop here again

Just got off work and wanted some hot fresh fries, so I decided to go to Krystals. Thank goodness the line wasn’t wrapped around the building, so I be home in a flash. Order a large because I wanted a great bit and some chiks, not the case, got home fries and chiks (bread was hard on bottom and not fresh)were not only cold and dark in color but looks as if they’d been recooked.. I spent almost $10 on my meal, total disappointment and waste of my time for stopping. . Thank you Krystals.
