Ordered at Drive-thru was told to pull up and he will bring the food out. Food was never brought to my car, had to get out and go inside to get my food. Finally received order, still no drink! Another cashier finally fixed the drink. Food was absolutely nasty! Will never visit that location ever again! Bread tasted stale, didn’t get a receipt, so I didn’t even turn around to take it back!

It’s okay not the friendliest group but okay to eat and go. I had 6 option for breakfast and I pick Krystal out of all 4 and I almost convince to turn around and go elsewhere but it was early so I gave them a chance. Breakfast was good but the employees was very scary I didn’t even ask for a refill no way. I would not recommend a family to visit they will be disappointed it’s like eat and get the hell out. That true feeling.

I’ve visited this location many times, sad to say the staff has never been friendly, most times they barely speak to you to say thank you or you’re welcome, please or respond to anything you say to them and dare not ask a question or have an issue with the order, very aggressive attitude and not willing to accommodate you in any way.

I went through the drive-thru this afternoon. The guy that took my order was very unfriendly. He looked irritated to see me. I specifically said no onions on my 3 cheese and bacon combo. There weren’t anyone in the entire store or drive-thru, so I didn’t understand being asked to pull up.They added onions anyway. Re-ordered meal. Replacement combo burgers were cool, bacon was half-done very little and half-done (crumbs). I told mgr. that my burgers weren’t to my satisfaction. I asked for a refund. She flat out said ‘No’! She said that should could replace, but was not refunding. After my meal being unsatisfactory twice. I weren’t any longer interested in the meal. I just wanted a refund. $11+ is a lot of money(nowadays)for terrible cust service, little food, poorly cooked food etc. To add insult to injury, she encouraged me to call corporate as she wasn’t resolving issue. Concerning as she seemed very unconcerned with getting reprimanded. Save your money ppl and go where you’re valued, get your monies worth, with far better friendlier service. No wonder they have no customers. They don’t have to worry about me returning, but I do want my money back! Reporting to the BBB!

Awful poor inconsiderate rude customer service. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 2 minutes before even getting a greeting. Then the only thing the voice said was “pull up to the window” There were 4 cars in front already idling. After 4 min, one pulled off to sit and wait further up. People were staring to honk and get frustrated. I was willing to wait bc I was trying to pass the time before work and all I wanted was toast. But…

This location sucks order food waited for 30 minutes in the parking lot they delivered the food minus the chili cheese fries pay $12.47 and they said we did not order a chili cheese fries so I went back to the drive-thru order the same thing minus the chili cheese fries and the bill was only $7 and some change then they proceeded to tell me they’re out of Fry’s
