I was at Krystal getting breakfast one of the employee was very rude to the older lady that was working. I felt really bad for the older black lady the girl was yelling and screaming at her the older lady didn’t say anything thing back she kept doing her job I’m very disappointed how the older lady was being treated in front of the customer I think the girl needs to be fired she was wrong. It was during the morning shift. She was very nasty to the older lady that works there. She needs to be removed from Krystal. I tried to shake it off but I’m hurt how the girl disrespected the older lady. That was my first time at Krystal.

Went last night after work. The food was decent but not great. Employees not very friendly at all. You are forced to eat it in your car or let it get cold taking it home. Wasn’t very hot to start with. No trash cans outside to put your garbage in if you do choose to eat in the parking lot. I don’t understand why they can’t open the lobby up. They certainly have enough people working in there especially for the little bit of business they have. I do not recommend this place at all.

Worst Krystal experience ever. We began with a 45 minute wait for online, pick-up order. Upon unpacking $70 worth of Krystal we discovered that one “entrée”item was completely missing. In its place were extra orders of fries. Our chili cheese fries had no chili, and were sprinkled with unmelted, shredded cheese. On the topic of cheese, our “cheese” Krystals were not even hot enough to melt the slice of cold cheese. The fries were obviously a emergency borrow from elsewhere. They were not Krystal fries. If Krystal switched to those awful, pre-battered mistakes they should have given up.

The order taker was very dry and rude! No greeting at all. We were the only car in the drive thru and he acted as if he was bothered. Had to repeat everything we said. My bread was molded on my pups the fries were so salty I couldn’t eat them. Terrible!

Do not recommend this particular establishment! Place was dead, I see why now. Ordered $28.51 worth of food, 1 sackful with Cheese (12 Krystal’s)/no onions, 2 Chik and a chili cheese fry. I had initially only received $16.00 of my food, the sackful. I stopped, did a bag check and found I was missing the expensive part of the order, 2 chik and the chili cheese fries. Went back, waited for fresh to be cooked of left out food, only to get home after a 30min drive to find enough onions on one of the cheese Krystal’s that would have been enough for the whole bag! And they all have onions on them! Reminds me why I don’t frequent this establishment. Thanks!

Worked for a day decided to go else where because wasn’t getting properly train. Had to do a pay card through them to get paid. And found out that the card they gave me was already in use and the money I was supposed to be paid was stolen. Such a shame
