Went through Krystal’s today at 1115am and was halfway through my order before being told to please hold on. I was told to hold for approximately 1.5 to 2 minutes. I was fixing to drive off as I don’t understand why I was told to hold on after being halfway through my order without no explanation. To complicate the situation, after I got home with our Krystal chics, we had to throw them out as they all looked like they were several days old and almost as hard as a brick to even bite into. I love Krystal’s but the service and food today were unacceptable.

Went in on a weekday at lunch time. Only had 3 employees working and they were slammed. The 3 people there done an amazing job of handling all they had to do. Cashier was working front counter, drive thru window and helping cook. Food was good. Just plan on taking a little extra time and be thankful those three people are Willing to stay and work under those conditions.

I went not being sure about driving there and the food bad or something after reading the reviews. Saw the dining room closed so knew short staffed. Mgr took my order, and it was huge, just her and one new kid. Waited maybe 10minutes and well worth it. Hot, fresh delish Krystal’s. One car behind me waited maybe 2 min and left after saying ugly. They made a big mistake. If you don’t mind the wait then it’s so good.

My mother-in-law and I went at lunch and were greeted by a young female employee who didn’t seem to really know what was going on. After waiting for about 5 minutes, we were told that there was no one to work the front and that we would have to go through the drive-thru. They then locked the lobby and forced us out the door. After going through the drive-thru, half of my order was left off. I went to get it and was told to wait by the front door. After waiting about 15 minutes for that, I finally had to go to the door and try to get it. Pitiful management!!

I was on my way home from work and I wanted to stop and get Krystals on the way home. It was about 4:00pm on a Sunday. I sat at the order speaker about 2 mins. I wasn’t upset about it. So I ordered a number 1, with cheese no pickles. I get to the window and seen the guy fixing my burger with NO GLOVES!!!! He was picking my pickles off with no gloves!!!! I pulled off. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN

Getting Krystals at this location is a gamble. Tried 4 times in the past 2 months. 1st time was told they couldn’t serve right now because they were out of buns. 2nd time was told the grills were down. 3rd time was a charm and finally got a few hot and steamy squares. Went last week at 4 and there was a sign on the speaker that said now closing at 3 due to short staff. Will try again next week..lol.

Just shut this place down. I’ve been to this place twice in the last year. I love Krystal Sunrisers! So with that I come here to grab a couple while in Hendersonville. The first time was at 8am on a weekend. They had no breakfast and were only serving lunch. They talked to me like I should just know. The 2nd time was yesterday at 9:48 am. AGAIN a person tells me well we’ve already switched to serving lunch. The employees are rude, they are always sold out of everything. How is this place still open? Who knows. It’s a shame to see what Krystal as a company has come to. This isn’t the only trash location around. Gallatin is nearly as bad.

Grew up loving the chili and fries. New fries suck with the coating on them, chili is seasonal and new chili isn’t the same they have always had and it is also horrible. Lastly, they also changed the Krystal Chick and the chicken tastes so bad. Will NEVER go to another Krystal again. Posted another review about another one in my area where there were only 2 employees working the drive thru, cashier, cook, and actually walking orders out to parked cars. This business and business model leaves a lot to be desired. Corporate was located in Chattanooga, not sure if it still is, but everything about their restaurants need to be fixed or closed. It really is lacking…I would give it a -5 star if it would let me…

Waited 10 minutes at the speaker in the drive through. Nobody was even in front of me. It was around 11am on 5/31. I was told to wait again 10 minutes later in a very rude and demanding tone. I could hear everyone talking on the speaker, laughing and having a great time while me and the 3 cars behind me just sat there. We all 3 pulled off and went to Taco Bell and was out in the amount of time we waited. Terrible place that needs serious training.

Can’t figure out when they are actually open. They just keep putting pieces of paper on the door saying they are closing at different times on different dates. If you changed your hours, just confirm that? You can’t get a call through to verify if they are open or closing soon either.
