Workers don’t wear gloves and prepares “hot” burgers with bare hands. We were the only customers inside and there was 1 car in the drive thru and we left after waiting with no service. Everyone looked dirty and one worker was laying in the floor of the entrance on his phone and got up when he saw our car pull in and park behind him. Gross atmosphere I wouldn’t eat here of it was the last Krystal on earth. I should’ve taken a picture

First of all, it took forever to get my food. The girl who took my payment was dancing around between orders that she took and did nothing to help other than taking and handing out orders. Once I finally got my food I was expecting hot/fresh food after the wait but I was once again disappointed. The fries were cold and the burgers were undercooked. I threw most of the order away since I was running late to an appointment (thanks to the extra long wait) and didn’t have time to return it. Only positive here was the dancer was friendly!

What could have been a dissatisfied customer went down as a slam dunk save at the last second. Was told at the drive thru last night that my order was going to be a 10 to 15 minute wait. Don’t know what the issue was, but I was already there and had dealt with Krystal craving all afternoon. When I got to the window to pay, I asked for a complimentary drink, and got it. Then was asked to pull up to one of the parking spaces to have my order brought out. And I did. When the young lady brought out my order, she informed me that they had upsized my fry order and also included a fried pie because of my long wait. Folks….that’s customer service. I’ll be back.

Trying out Krystal’s for the first time in years. The chicken sliders aren’t half bad but then I opened up the burger only to find a piece of elephant skin with some cheese on it. I have never in my life seen a burger that looked like that canned cat food. It had the consistency of mushy uncooked spam and looks like a long night of regrets in the bathroom. But the lady in the window was nice.
