The reason I’m rating this so highly is because of the woman that served us. She was so awesome I forgot we was ordering. Very attentive to our order and the presentation of the food was excellent. Believe it or not presentation is key to alot of foods it also shows the pride taken. It might be fast food but not thrown together, sliding apart in a bag food that’s not what we want. We enjoyed her and our food and will be looking for her only to serve us at this point again she was amazing

10pm on the 4th Of July, line was crazy long, and they were sooooo great. Our food, which was a large order, was all correct. We had interactions with two employees and both were so customer friendly. We don’t experience that kindness very often.

This store focuses mainly on the drive thru traffic. Since I wanted to sit inside I waited a good 5 minutes before being waited on. There were not many amenities at the drink bar. No cream for coffee and empty spots for other condiments. I had breakfast so it was pretty good and filling.

The lady at the window is RUDE , over the head speaker after placing our order and saying “people are complicated “ after placing a really simple order at the Krystal’s right here in decherd. This Krystal was part of a gas station at one point, but now the gas station is gone and the Krystal stayed. Hometown hang out for local seniors. Not much I can say about the food, it is Krystal.

Went to get a late night dinner because I, too, work in a restaurant that’s open late. Krystal was the only place still open. We received horrible service with employees who seemed like they would rather be anywhere else. We were handed the food and the window was shut on us. We tried to order a milkshake and the employee said the machine was broken after about 10 seconds of thinking of a reason to not serve us a milkshake. Like I said, I work in a restaurant and have for three years. I understand we’re ready to get home, but being rude isn’t going to get you home any faster.

I stopped at this location a couple times prior, and I had a pretty good experience. My food was cooked fresh, the staff was pleasant. This particular visit was the opposite. My food wasn’t as hot, and it was extremely salty. The cashier was a little short with me but nothing extremely egregious. I don’t frequent Krystal, but this particular visit will definitely lessen my visits even more.
