Andrew Likes To Drive Here & There
First time ever to a Krystal. It was decent for what it was, but to me, when it comes to mini burgers, aka: sliders, nothing beats the original White Castle. I am sure locals who grew up near a Krystal may feel different, but hey, New Yorker here. One very cool thing is the tater tots they have, with different toppings and corn dogs too. The Castle don’t have these items, and the tots were pretty good.

Walked in to dine in, have never eaten at this chain before. Employee informed me that the lobby was closed but they were still taking orders through the drive thru. Asked if I could order inside since I have a hard time hearing in drive-thru because am deaf.

Awful-awful absolutely the worse Krystal’s I have ever had. The bread was like rubber the meat was way over cooked barely a shot of mustard and so many onions you almost couldn’t see the dried meat. The price for one is $1.69 which is absurd I bought 4 with a medium fry (cold) and medium drink right at $12. Went next door to fill my gas tank cause I was traveling home from Georgia all but my soda went in the trash , one bite of each and such a waste of money the most expensive soda I think I’ve ever bought. Then the cashier at the drive thru wasn’t even pleasant like you could tell she didn’t want to be there. I mean all these fast food restaurants have raised prices and have gotten to where they’re food is just thrown together and tastes nasty. Do better y’all everyone’s on tight budgets these days and we at least expect to get decent food for high dollar prices geez

Hit the drive through on way out of Atlanta, mostly because there was a 30 min delay on interstate and I hadn’t eaten all day. Very busy and had to wait a while on an order for 3 Krystal and a fry. But definitely worth it since traffic was basically stop and go for about 15 miles.

Food was cold after waiting 5 minutes at the drive through window, burgers weren’t stacked in the box correctly (cheese at bottom of box and mustard everywhere). There was only 1 person in line in front of us and he pulled off as we were pulling forward, the person behind us pulled out of line after ordering. The only thing hot were the fries. We had to throw the burgers away, they were so cold, not to mention we only ordered 4 double cheese. Ridiculous, I used to brag on these guys specifically, not any more. No customers equals no job…

Absolutely disgusting. The nastiest food I’ve ever ate in my thirty-five years of life. Y’all should be shut down. I spent $30 on a bag of unedible sliders and about 9 cold french fries. Hours not accurate pull up in the morning to the drive-through wait 5 to 10 minutes. Nobody answers pull up to the window doesn’t look like anybody’s even in there seems there was a employee on the phone outside. She could have at least gave me a heads up not to wait.
