Went there in the middle of the night, around 2am. The lady at the window was nice and polite, but the dude in the kitchen started yelling at her for seemingly no reason. Krystal is one of the mainstays ,that has been in the Scenic City ️ for years. It stays open 24 hrs a day . This is 365 days a year. Wow ! This does include in climate weather ☁️. In other words come hell or high water they will open some how . This does take a certain amount of catering to employees. Speaking of employees, many have worked their way up. I really love the way they greet the homeless, and the public. It’s such a popular area , but no one is turned away . Some of y’all might get this. Many of them were at one time . They now have a steady job. Many have had some challenges in life from all kind of set backs. I won’t even go into detail . Shout-out to management for given second chances. I will give five stars ⭐ for this along. Thanks ! The food is always fairly quickly prepared. The prices are very reasonable. No need to explain about the food . You will receive a sincere thanks for dropping by. This along always has touched my heart ❤️ when talking to employees. Man ! You guys would appreciate supporting Krystal if y’all only knew. They have never accepted a tip . Guess what ? I leave one anyway. The commercials along brings the public in for meals. Great advertising ! The food is popular to older patrons, as well. Drive thru Monday, July 24th, 2023, worst service ever. Extremely rude, lazy, said she didn’t have to serve me after I simply asked for a large plastic bag to put the 3 paper bags in. That was after she asked me what drinks I had. Said she would have to walk to the other side of the restaurant to see it herself. Said it was her first night back. With this info you can figure out who she is. She is killing your service and I won’t be back any time soon.

Heads up everyone, the prices have gone up a decent amount. On top of that, they now charge you to pay for the food you are trying to pay for. As in, a fee to pay by card. They say there’s a sign in the drive thru menu but it must be so inconspicuously placed that you’ll never know till the price they tell you over the speaker is lower than at the window. There’s a notice of charge off to the side but again, not keenly seen.

Came through the drive through, ordered a meal for myself and my wife, plus 3 chiks. Got home and they had forgotten my wife’s meal. Went all the way back and get the missing food, but then mine was too cold to eat. Food was gross, and it was $40 for 2 meals and 3 chiks. They charge extra if you use a card. I’ll never go back to this chain. This was just the last in a long history of terrible experiences at this location. The attention to the job seems to be a very low priority. No apology or anything.
