The greatest Krystal’s experience of my life. So very unexpectedly had all fantastic food lol. The fries were hot and extremely crispy. I couldn’t believe how good they were. Drive through worker wasn’t very friendly. The food was terrible. My cheese krystals were cold and had some kind of weird sweet flavor to them. Fries were hard. I took a few bites and threw everything away. This Krystals location has been on a steady downhill decline for the last 6 months. I won’t be back. I can’t afford to throw money in the garbage.

The lady was rude while ordering with rushing us to pick something after asking to give us a minute to look at the menu.Then when we pulled to the window to pick up our food, she left us waiting after continuing to be rude by trying to rush us after taking our money, like she didn’t even want to be at work. I pulled through Krystal this afternoon just to grab a Coca Cola Icee. I had the best experience as the the Sunday afternoon staff was just exceptional. I couldn’t ask for a more pleasant nice young lady working. A smile means everything and you just don’t know what kind of a day that someone has had. I’ll definitely go back when I’m back in town. Was very rude. We order 4. pick 5’s. They did have the order right but charged the other have regular. When I went to the window. He didn’t let me finish explaining what was wrong just shut the window in my face. Shorted us 2 item and the manager still had attitude with me .and No apologies or nothing at all. Also we asked for a Chilli in a bowl. He comment they haven’t had Chilli in years even though they is a sign on the building.
