Krystal is so hit and miss in morristown, sometimes it’s fresh and good which is why it didn’t get 1 star but other times you get cold bread and meat, so much so that when they put the cheese on it it doesn’t even melt. My expectation going to krystal EVERY TIME is to get a steaming krystal with the bread and meat hot. You don’t get that every time here and when you don’t it really impacts the taste. They should strive to have a “fresh every time” mantra for their customers instead of cooking ahead and then if it’s slow then a customer gets meat or bread that has been sitting for 20 minutes

Went through the drive through and wanted a sackful with cheese and stated that I would like the fresh and was willing to wait. Got the Krystal’s and when I checked my order nothing was remotely fresh. And when I called and complained I was put on hold then hung up on then upon calling back the phone was obviously not hung up for hrs cause my calls never went through. Not professional and food was not edible wasted money on my favorite restaurant…. In addition to not making my order again the store manager is jus as rude as the employee that hung up on me. While there I noticed several bugs running around in the kitchen so if you value good food and your health don’t stop here
