I travel for work and anytime I’m coming home at a late night this is the place I stop on at to pick some food up. Usually the food is fantastic, however, tonight I’m told “specific” items are unavailable (Krystal burgers) however, they change their mind and make it and every single bread on the patty is stale, and cheese and burger itself is undercooked. I ended up throwing the whole meal away after sorting through to make sure it wasn’t an irregular item.

24 cheese ordered. 12 no pickle. I received 12 cheese. 12 no pickle no cheese. I could hear at least 3 people contradicting my complaint when I called in . No action unless I return food. Bye Krystal. If they would have apologized, it would have been forgotten. Just a few pieces of cheese. I am going to campaign my friends to stop going there. Customer service Krystal. Teach your employees.

I won’t stop here again. I was traveling and stopped because my 3 teenagers were hungry. Went in placed my order, the front line lady was real nice. Then proceeded to wait 40 mins. for my food. The back line guy looked high, saw jaw and all. Moving slower than I’m sure he felt like he was going. While the manager just wondered around piddling with this and that. The front line girl was giving it all she had to try to bag orders.

Did not dine in so can’t comment on atmosphere. Food is what is to be expected. You know what you’re getting at Krystal. Small burgers and fries. Small hot dogs or chili buns are also offered here. Top it off with chili cheese fries for a great snack. Service is typical of a fast food restaurant. The area is very busy and traffic is an issue. There needs to be changes made in the roads to allow for all the new businesses and traffic in that road.

It took a long time to get the food… we sat for over 35min in drive through more the half the after we ordered. Not sure if it was due to lack of staff or what. The food can be a hit or miss… it is the chicken, some tasted made fresh some tasted like it’s been sitting for a few hours in a warmer.
