I was hopeful that it would be great. The chicken sandwich (Side Chik) was actually really great. Nice thick, juicy piece of chicken. The bacon on the bacon cheese Krystal was a good portion and cooked perfectly crispy. The burger patty was so thin and didn’t really do it for me. The glaze bombs were AMAZING. Also, the service was top-notch, especially for a fast food restaurant. Too bad the ice cream machine wasn’t working and I couldn’t get a shake.

I couldn’t wait to have some Krystals (live out of state) since when is a large drink $3.49, that’s pricey, barely had any mustard on my fluffy yummy burgers otherwise great and worth waiting a couple minutes by door from drive thru to get fresh burgers

Food was good, but the place looks like it’s permanently closed the grass is very high. I asked the employee did they need someone to cut it and they said their district manager says no to everyone who offers even a guy who offered to do it for $60… Krystals need another district manager for this store because they’re losing business… and I like to eat here when I’m in town

Went in on 3 19 23 to order as drive through was so backed up. The guy working the counter was the rude as could be not only with the customers but also arguing in front of customers with the staff in the back. Food was terrible and not even assembled right.
