Pulled up to speaker and waited 15 min then was told that the order taker was in the bathroom. After taking my order I had to pull up and wait again inwhich they forgot I was outside. They finally bring my food items were missing. The chicken sandwich tasted very hard and crusty as if it had been redropped to make it hot. However one young lady was overly nice trying to cover up my bad experiences I just laughed and drove away.

Hours of operation say open till midnight. I arrived at 10:45 PM and staff refused to take order. When I asked staff if they were open, staff member stated that they are not open 24 hours. Hours of operation clearly stated on the window they were open till 12:00 AM. If these hours are not correct, then they need to update accordingly. These fast food chains are getting ridiculous. Just advertise your actual hours. It’s that simple. If your employees are lying, then that’s another issue.

I waited for thirty minutes after placing my order in the drive through behind another customer and never got any food period. This is the third time that we have given this Krystal location a chanceand it has been miserable failures every time. This location should be shuttered until somebody can get enough people hired to staff Enough to actually serve food at the drive thru. You have definitely taken the fast out of fast food.

I order my food on the app and was about 8 mins away. I pushed my arrival time for 30 mins out just to give time for pickup. So I am sitting in line, with 2 cars in front of me, just waiting. 3 cars parked and no one is taking orders. It was about 9:20pm when this happened. The other cars pulled off and so I pulled up and checked my app only to notice it say the time I picked was not enough time for them to prepare the food. So in other words the food wasn’t paid for. Again, I decided to order at the speaker no problem. Still no one answered so I pull around to the window and saw no workers at all. It the point of driving to a place that closes at 2am but no one is there at 9pm. No sign on the speaker or anything.

Went there at 6:00 am, which is what time is posted on the door as the opening time so I could get a bite and get some work done prior to volunteering at a junior achievement event happening across the street. I knocked on the door, and no one came. Went through the drive-through, the green light was on, and no one came to take my order. It was 6:15 a.m., by this time, so I went across the street without breakfast and worked in my car.

I know everyone has bad days and I’m emphatic to that. I come to this Krystal because it’s the only one in Cordova. Since moving to Cordova last year, I’ve probably come here 4-5 times. Each time, the lady taking orders at the drive through window is rude and abrupt. She’ll ask for your order then scream to hold on a moment. I don’t know if it is because of the amount of multitasking required or what. Then inevitably it seems like she isn’t at the register to punch in the order because then she’ll rudely tell you wait hold on a second and make you repeat it all over again, so I guess she can type it into the register.

Wow! I was floored on how good my Krystal’s were. I hit the poplar location and waited about 12 mins and no one even said hello to me. I left and came to this one over by the Agricenter. It’s by my work. The fella made them perfect. I do cheese and pickles only. 30% of the time I get them with mustard and have to get them swapped out. Not today! They were correct, cooked all the way, and the cheese was ACTUALLY melted!!!! If the AC was working right I would have given them a 5 star rating. The woman at the counter was awesome and very polite. She took orders in the drive thru and the sales floor. Krystal’s is that so so place I go to every once in a while. If they keep this up, I will be back more often! Thanks!
