Due to being allergic to onion’s I don’t eat Krystal very often due to the fact almost every store either comes packed with them or still has ones where you can see they tried to scrape them off afterwards. Not only was they completely onion free they was some of the best I have had in awhile, no soggy bread and nice and warm.

It has been years since I have been to a Krystals. Not the most healthy option, by far. But today I decided to stop in. I am glad I did. Funny thing is. It was the customer service that made this visit so enjoyable. The young man at the counter was especially friendly and helpful. I was very impressed. The young girl in the drive thru raking orders was rude and had a horrible attitude. So much so that I went inside to talk to the manager (which is extremely rare of me). The manager was great and the young boy that took our order inside was fantastic. Both of them were polite and seemed understanding and apologized for the actions of the rude girl.
