Stopped here for dinner one day and it was awesome! The chili cheese tots were to die for, each tot was cooked perfectly and smothered in chili and cheese. This location had a slight hiccup with something and were offline for a few minutes but they let us know and did everything they could to make it up to us, we were very grateful for this, but we know how crazy computer systems can be, so no harm done. Great food, great service, great atmosphere!!

Waited 40 minutes for my food. Would have given it 0 stars, if i could. Staff was a joke. Trash everywhere. These people should visit Chick-fil-a to see how winners conduct business. Complete disaster all the way around. I would’ve fired everyone there that morning. Never again. If they keep it up this way, they’ll be non existent soon. You have to hire the right people or you’ll eventually fail.

As far as Krystals goes this store is about par for the course. Not super clean not very fast and the people are not very friendly. The parking lot is super ragged it has pot holes that will take a wheel off. The speaker is super low quality so it’s hard to understand and you have to yell to he heard. No getting or smile wait time is always longer than any other fast food. When everything else is closed Krystal is the awesome! Any other time your probably better off choosing another restaurant.

So went thru the drive thru at 10 pm on a Thursday night no one answered the drive thru then pulled up to the window to be rudely asked “what do you want?” Tall whote dude comes to tge window next with a headset and asked if we could tell him what we want upon asking for a milkshake was told milkshake machine is down then were told we dont have any icecream before we even leave the drive thru the guy is in the dinning area doing something which looked like making out with his girlfriend she definitely didnt work there since she didnt have a uniform on

One of my go-to places for a good lunch. I’m not deterred when I see three or four cars in the Drive-Thru or more because you know when you get to the window your food is going to be hot off the grill that’s how crystals come and the service here is always good. Of course nothing compares to that Krystal smell !
