This is definitely not what you want to hear, Krystal. It doesn’t seem as though you value your guests, and you obviously don’t care if you’re providing them with worst experience possible. We hope you improve, but I won’t be wasting my time or money visiting you again for another terrible Krystal experience, because today’s was definitely terrible.

We had the simplest order of 5 cheese krystals and spent 20 minutes at the window waiting on the order. They never came to check on us but 1 time to say it would be 3 more minutes and we continued to sit there another 10 minutes. We asked about a refund and got ignored, asked about a couple extras for the wait and were laughed at. Never ever will they receive my business again.

Went through the drive thought to get 3 sliders and a sweet tea. First off the tea was hot and they didn’t even put ice in my cup and I wanted exactly 23 mins for my food I might as well go to a restaurant and sat down and ate I wasted more gas sitting there than I spent on my food never again

Woke up hungry and just didn’t want to cook breakfast. Decided to give Krystal a try. I’ve driven by hundreds of times without stopping in. I ordered 2 sunriser sandwiches. The young English lady took my order and was so polite. Got my food fresh eggs made right there soft warm buns delicious sausage. They were the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever tasted. I am hooked. Never again will I hit up McDonald’s for a dry McMuffin. Thank you
