The Chicken Quesadilla with onions and green peppers: came with guacamole and a side of rice. Rice was bland and dry. But the Quesadilla and guacamole were delicious. I ordered a bowl of soup of chicken noodle soup. The bowl itself was really small and shallow. Although the soup was extremely hot and I burned the roof of my mouth, it tasted good.

Absolutely loved this place! Omelette was excellent. My husband had the biscuits and gravy and they were smothered in gravy and the biscuits were so good. Son had the breakfast croissant and it was huge, he absolutely loved it. My daughter had the Belgian waffle and was stuffed. Service was fantastic, even offered to give us fresh coffees to go. Highly recommend.

We head out to eat a nice breakfast with our small family we get to this restaurant and start getting nothing but attitude by the main owner like we did something to her. She’s going around to all the tables and being nice saying good morning to everyone but then gets to our table and is very rude I honestly wanted to walk out before I even ordered food and we should have. And honestly I’m not sure if she was being racist towards my fiance since he is African American. Anyway we order our food she comes back slams our food on our table everyone else gets asked anything else and storms off and it wasn’t even busy at all. Laughing and giggling with everyone else I honestly have never done anything to this woman before and yes I know for a fact she is the owner. The food we ordered without the drinks was $25 I only got pancake and my son got a kids breakfast and he got a plain waffle. 1 coffee I got 1 fountain drink and she said the orange juice went with his kids breakfast but anyway she changed us $40 I went back in and asked us why she had over charged us she started looking very angry and mean like I had said something wrong she snatched a menu and grabbed the recipe on her end she’s like well here’s what I wrote down she listed off the food witch was correct then she gets to the drinks coffee charged 2 times because she saw me take a sip from his coffee I told her im pregnant I didn’t want to order my own coffee if i cant drink a whole cup I literally took a sip then she over charged me a refill even though on her menu it states that you get free refills on fountain drinks and then goes on to say she charged us $6 on tip because we didn’t leave one who in this world is going to leave a tip when you are getting treated like your family isn’t worth serving as a resident of Beloit I feel like it needs to be known how

Haven’t been at this building in decades. Of course new name new owner but friendly staff great service!!! Pricing is a little better than the competition when you see the quantity and quality of the food. If you go for breakfast and love loaded waffles I highly recommend the Alaskan waffle!

Favorite beloit breakfast spot. Always get the meat eaters skillet with gravy on top. Boyfriend always switches it up. We sometimes share a half order of biscuits and gravy and they are to die for. They grill the biscuits just a touch and it gives them this little crisp. We’ve never had a bad meal here. They are also so clean. You can offen see them wiping off the water spots on the silverbefore they roll them. Great staff great food. Hands down beloits best hidden gem.
