Thank you SO much for the great job you did catering our event this past weekend! The Pho bar was a hit! And thank you for the time you spent with me ahead of time to ensure that everything would be perfect (including provided a vegan version, in addition to the regular). I wish I had better pictures, but no one wants photos taken of them with their mouths full of noodles. 🙂 Anyway, we will definitely recommend you to our friends! Thanks again. Pho boat noodle was flavorful and had a thicker broth. Steam rolls had minimal meat only on the last layer.
