BEST DDUKBOKEE I HAD IN AWHILE! I’m a native Korean and this place is soooo amazing I’m very impressed. Price & quality of the food match. It’s WORTH THE PRICE! Food quality & dduk is so good and soft I love this spot. Must go

I got some to go, and I love the rice cake they use! It looks like a small portion but it took three people to finish everything. I highly recommend!

Yo idk what to say but it’s just really not good. The rice cake game is weak, like 100% frozen store bought Mass production stuff, small, thin – no ones about that. The sauce is just spicy and sweet – no true flavor depth/profile, and it wasn’t super integrated. Like I could see the gochugaru everywhere just sitting in liquid. The fried stuff/twigim is crispy but a little too oily. The $6 ones at the banchan stores on broad are better by far and a fraction of the price. Especially for being the only thing on the menu? It’s like they’re not even trying.

Love supporting small businesses, especially when the food and service are amazing. The owners are really sweet, and the menu is straight to the point. If you want authentic topoki, this is it!

It hits the spot for spicy food! They have generous portions for ddukbbokki and comes with seaweed wraps and the crispy flat dumplings.

The tokpokki was a disappointment. It was just spicy sugar solution that seemed like it was microwaved.

Visited here for lunch. The self ordering was convenient. Ordered medium size Topoki ($19), Soondae($10+), a side dish (tempura ($7), As a 80’s kid, Topoki was way too watery for me. Tempura should have been included in $19 topoki and not a extra side dish, I felt, as far as the Value is concerned. Water should be available for free for selling spicy food. They had bottles for sales. I felt I wad being nickeled and dimed. Anyhow I paid $40 for two. Tipping was not necessary as it was self service.
