Unassuming and tucked away, but quite different when you step inside! I’m here at least once a week, lunch specials are awesome and affordable, and dinner is good, too. Our server is excellent! I highly recommend the rolls, but if you aren’t into sushi, the other dishes we’ve had have been great, too.

I took my wife there for her birthday this evening. The hostess was rude. There was a wait so we asked to sit at the bar. She said it’s open seating. So we went to sit down and she asked us to move cause that’s where they get their sushi. Don’t have seats placed if you don’t want customers to sit there. We sat at the bar for over 20 minutes and no one came to take our drink order or anything at that. The bar was so sticky that we couldn’t even put our arms on the bar. So we left and went to our go to place, Fugi. Will never be back or recommend this place to anyone.

The bento box is a good value vs a bowl. They were flexible about minor changes. shrimp bowl needed a garnish or some offsetting color for eye appeal. Ample rice with both. Everything seemed a smidge Americanized but we liked it. Outside looks bad but it is nice inside. Sits back off Judson. Slow at 11 but server was attentive.

Tried this place on the recommendation of a friend, and I’m so glad we did. My wife had beef fried rice and a Tyler roll. I had a variety of nigiri sushi. It was all excellent. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Will definitely be going back.

This place is definitely an unexpected new favorite find, my husband and I ended up coming here for dinner. From the outside the place was a little rough but the inside was like a diamond. I asked about it and I was told by one of the staff its like a little hole in the wall place and a lot of people are surprised when they walk in. Cailie was our server and was able to help me navigate the menu and get everything set up really nicely. This is truly a wonderful spot to enjoy with friend and family.

Omgggg! The sushi is the best here! Love the Kumori, Kilgore, and Texas rolls! The lunch sushi special is a great price! I get that a lot. The hibachi dinners, soup, and salad with ginger dressing, and their dipping sauces are also great! Highly recommend!

I was skeptical of this place at first, but the food was amazing. Previously, I went to Sumos for my sushi fix but always had some issues with the food. I went with four friends and nobody had any complaints. Service was great, atmosphere was pleasant, and the food was still the best part. I had the spicy chicken lunch and Texas roll, which were hands down the best I’ve had. Will definitely be going back as often as possible.

I enjoyed the shrimp tempura very much, light and crispy. The dipping sauce was so good! Their ginger salad dressing was different but tasty. Their house soup was lacking in flavor.
